Beef Jerky Marinade Recipe
Since I do not like teriyaki or soy, I found this is a fantastic recipe for making beef jerky
1/2 Cup
* 4 teaspoons salt
* 1 teaspoon black pepper
* 1 teaspoon chili powder
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon onion powder
* 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
* 3 dashes liquid smoke
* 1/2 cup water
1. Mix together. Marinade beef at least one hour before drying.
